Please note that the Ducane Office will be closed from Friday 22 December at 12 noon.
The office will reopen on Wednesday 3 January 2018 at 9.15am
RENT
Regarding your rent collection, please note:-
- If you pay by Direct Debit, your rent payment will be taken from your account on 27 December 2017
- If you pay by standing order, your payment needs to reach our account by no later than Friday 29 December
- If you pay by debit/credit card, you need to make your payment at Reception by no later than 11am on Friday 21 December 2017
- If you miss your payment for any reason, you should contact the office by 10am on Tuesday 2 January to make your payment over the telephone.
All of the above measures should prevent you going into arrears with your December rent. Do let us know if you have any queries about your rent payment.
